Carlisle Managed Solutions has been successfully shortlisted for two categories of the Recruiter Awards for Excellence 2010:
Outstanding Outsourced Recruitment Organisation and Best Embedded Recruitment Team
The Best Embedded Team entry is based on the Carlisle Managed Solutions onsite contract for Philips. Philips is a world leader in healthcare, lifestyle and lighting and employs over 3,500 people. CMS has been working with Philips since December 2007 and provides all categories of temporary and permanent roles, up to and including director level.
Over the years, CMS has successfully delivered consolidated client centric recruitment processes, achieving 100% service satisfaction across all KPIs, 100% compliance and 97% retention in the first year across all hires. The implementation of online systems that underpin the high-touch service has also delivered sustainability savings; reducing the need for 756 sheets of paper, 257 envelopes and 245 faxes per week, equating to 7.9 trees.
