Russell Beck, Managing Director of Carlisle Managed Solutions is a panellist on the Key Performance Indicators to Measure Cost, Efficiency, Risk and Quality session at the Contingent Workforce Strategies Summit Europe. After six successful years in the US, this is the first Contingent Workforce Strategies (CWS) Summit to be organised for Europe by Staffing Industry Analysts. The conference is designed for Managers and Directors from HR, Procurement, IT and Finance who buy and manage temporary labour in large private companies or within the public sector.
