We have held Investors in People accreditation since 2004, which is now renewed until 2013. The accreditation reflects our efforts in developing and improving our business by investing in our people.

Accreditations for excellence

Our commitment to providing exceptional service and focusing on corporate social responsibility has earned outstanding recognition from the industry. We were the first recruitment process outsourcing provider to receive the ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard and one of a select few to gain the ISO 14001 Environmental Management Standard. Carlisle has also won many awards, including ‘Outstanding Outsourced Recruitment Organisation’ in April 2010’s Recruiter Awards.

Quality processes

Our pursuit of quality never ends, so we invest continually in quality management systems. All our project managers are PRINCE2 certified for exceptional project management while our business analysts are trained Lean Six Sigma experts, ensuring we maximise the effectiveness of your processes.

Our unique ‘Meritas’ quality assurance platform analyses and identifies problems in recruitment processes. For example, by implementing Meritas across five of our public sector clients, we dramatically reduced the percentage of care assistants failing to show for work from 5.2% to an industry leading 0.17%.
