Karina, a business administration graduate, joined the recruitment industry in 2000, working within the professional and financial services sector.
After joining Carlisle in 2004 as a consultant, Karina then became an account manager and has most recently been an Operations Director.In this role, Karina was responsible for several accounts, reflecting her experience in such industries as banking, professional services, insurance, construction and pharmaceutical. She is now Perm Delivery Director, focusing on our permanent recruitment model for new and current clients.
