As a new starter, you will work through a comprehensive induction plan to introduce you to our business, our history, our culture, our people and of course to your role. Your induction programme will be fully tailored to your requirements but is likely to also include work shadowing, meeting members of the senior management team, attending team meetings and training on our technology systems. If you are going to be based on one of our client’s premises, you will also receive a client specific induction and training programme to seamlessly integrate you into their culture, values and ways of operating.
Once you are settled into your employment, you will have access to a comprehensive, varied and on-going training and development programme. You will regularly meet with your line manager to review your training requirements and this is closely monitored throughout your career with us.

Systems and Process: A comprehensive guide to our systems and processes
Soft Skills: We offer a wide range of classroom and e-learning based soft skills development, such as interview skills, conducting client meetings, communication and time management.
Industry Recognised Qualification: If you are in a recruitment role, you will take the REC’s Certificate in Recruitment Practice and become a member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.
Management Development: A bespoke training programme, giving you the tools to be highly effective Managers.
Progressive People: Our Progressive People initiative has been created to give individuals who are keen to progress their career within Carlisle the platform and support to excel. Progressive People is aimed at high performing individuals who have the determination and commitment to help shape strategy and build upon Carlisle’s corporate objectives. Selected individuals undertake a 12 month tailored programme of workshops and learning activities aimed at providing insight, continuous improvement, knowledge and the tools to further progress them as individuals. This is an exclusive club and is therefore designed for people who really want to reach their full potential.
