Carlisle Managed Solutions has been featured in a television programme called, Executive TV A Fresh Approach to Outsourcing.
The programme details the benefits of outsourcing as cost reduction, efficiency improvement, improved workforce capability and competency, better learning and investment decisions and enhances service levels for internal customers.
Russell Beck, Managing Director of Carlisle Managed Solutions is featured in the programme and he said “It’s great to be included in this programme and put forward the case for outsourcing and organisation permanent, temporary or contractor resourcing function.”
Also featured in the TV programme is Chris Goulding, Head of Human Resources for Luton Borough Council, a long standing Carlisle Managed Solutions’ client. Chris describes the Council criteria for outsourcing and says, “The criteria I think is quite clear - can it deliver better value for money and is it going to reduce cost but not impede on quality? I have to say that the relationship and partnership we have developed with Carlisle has maintained and met all those criteria, in fact, they have ticked every box. So, it is going from strength to strength. In a way, it acts as a benchmark for other outsourcing arrangements we have got for other services across the Council.”
The programme will be broadcasted on the sky digital platform channel 166 and BBC/ITV Freesat channel 402 on Wednesday 29th December 2010 and can be viewed at anytime on the Executive TV website.
