We're about much more than attracting talent to your organisation. Once your people are in place, we can help make sure they're happy in their roles and more likely to stay with you for years to come.
Some of the services Carlisle Managed Solutions provide are:
Keep In Touch programmes
When starting work at an organisation, many employees feel unsure about who to turn to during their training, induction and first few months in the role. During recruitment and selection, Carlisle will have developed a strong bond with the applicant and this relationship can be used to give the employee someone independent to talk to. Our Keep In Touch programmes help your organisation reduce attrition by gaining regular feedback from new employees. For example, this would allow for corrective action to be taken to improve the induction process. All new employees are communicated with at regular intervals, such as at the end of week one, week two, month one and month three. The programmes identify how employees feel about their new roles, asking such questions as:
- Did your hiring manger meet you on your first day?
- Was all your office equipment ready?
- Have you received the training you need to start your role effectively?
- How would you rate the experience of starting your role?
- Did we meet your expectations?
We design the programmes to check and ensure new employees are receiving the induction, training and care they need to perform well in their roles. Throughout, our teams nurture the strong relationships built between Carlisle and candidates in the 'attract', 'select' and 'on board' stages.
High-performer profiling
By combining psychometric tests, focus groups and desk research, Carlisle helps identify the highest performers in your organisation. Our detailed reports into their skills, personalities and motives can inform future attraction strategies and improve the quality of all candidates applying for roles.
Training
We will work with you and selected training providers to deliver detailed ‘on-the-job’ training courses. To help retain your employees, many courses lead to nationally recognised qualifications. Our team can also develop training packages for employees earmarked for progression and promotion in your organisation.
Rate benchmarking
To ensure you attract candidates of the right quality, Carlisle can research and provide detailed reports on pay rates in your local area, and recommend appropriate actions.
Attrition management
Organisations experiencing high attrition lose vital skills and can suffer from an unmotivated workforce. Our attrition management programme reverses the trend by discovering the reasons people leave and using this information to recommend corrective action. Contributing factors to attrition include a lack of development and promotion opportunities, poor relationships with line managers, deficient teamwork, inadequate training, and low pay or benefits.
Exit interviews
When an employee leaves, Carlisle will act as an independent body to research the reasons why. This research can be a vital source of intelligence that improves recruitment and operational practices throughout your organisation. We deliver exit interviews in person, by telephone or through online surveys.
