Key skills that could be taught effectively within a group environment including CV development, interview skills as well as sharing knowledge of the current job market.
Group Dynamic Sessions
Designed to create a group learning environment, facilitated by a qualified coach, where skills and experience were shared. The sessions proved invaluable in rebuilding confidence.
Mentor Programme
Spanning three months, participants had access to a qualified careers coach offering both practical and emotional support. These sessions were tailored to the needs of the individual and covered a wide scope of topics.
On-line Support
Carlisle’s market leading on-line solution offers significant levels of support and round the clock access to resources. Those involved utilised the tools available to build quality CVs, search for new opportunities, carry out detailed research and using the built in psychometrics, understand more about their motivations and potential.
