“I have to say the outcome of the programme was very successful, not only did the mentoring provide real support and allow the confidence and esteem of the individuals flourish over the period, we had a 100% success rate in staff securing permanent employment outside of the Council.The staff feedback was that it was very helpful and it was good to see investment in their futures being made even though they were leaving the Council.As a caring and considerate employer, it ticked several boxes in ensuring a smooth transition for the individuals as well as ensuring their commitment to Luton through until the day they left.”
