Our client operates through a number of regional offices across the UK. Each is supported by secretarial, administration and some finance staff. These positions had previously been resourced by the client’s own central recruitment team but regional variations in areas such as pay structures, resourcing processes and recruitment agency margins or placement fees was reducing productivity.
Our client sought an outsourced solution to bring in an expert partner to handle the resourcing of these roles and gain greater value for money. This would allow the client’s recruitment teams to focus on strategic development and the resourcing of experienced hires, such as Auditors, Business Analysts, Advisors and Partners. The provider would have to provide greater efficiency by using the client’s existing technology and help build the temporary worker module. In addition, the provider would also need to streamline procedures and pay structures, act as a single point of contact for all resourcing needs and promote internal mobility to retain talent.
