Each agency is audited and reviewed on a regular basis to ensure quality of supply, service and compliance.
The Carlisle resourcing team has ensured effective payroll integration, streamlined pay and charge rate structures and provides detailed reporting on resourcing spend to all regional offices.
The service has also extended to include managing the payroll of some experienced hires, working with our client to manage redeployment and providing interview training to the client’s own recruitment teams.
