Our client is a leading provider of professional services including audit, tax and advisory. In the UK, they operate through a Head Office located in London and a number of regional offices. The resourcing of permanent and temporary secretarial or administrative staff across the UK was handled by the client’s own central recruitment team. However different processes existed which resulted in inefficiencies within their Support Services Division.
